A node is a unique point in your supply chain where inventory originates or comes to rest that you want to manage - e.g. a supplier, manufacturer, distribution center.


We have a minimum spend requirement of US$1000 per month regardless of the number of applications or nodes you model into our platform.


The fee you pay each month is for use across all devices – desktop, tablet or mobile.

How do I pay?

That’s up to you. We have a flexible range of options to suit your needs but generally we’ll bill you at the beginning of each month of use.

Is there a minimum sign up period?

No. It’s a pay-as-you-go service and doesn’t require any long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. You’ll be billed for your current month but never again.

Can I customize the branding?

Yes. Just give us your preferred branding and style guides and we’ll make it happen.

Can I install Gravity on my own server?

No. Gravity is a cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We’ll take care of performance, scalability, availability, data management, monitoring and upgrades so you don’t have to. You just need to point your browser at the URL or download the mobile app.

What browser or OS do I need?

For use on desktop, you’ll need Chrome 10.0.68 or later, Firefox 3.0.19 or later, or Internet Explorer 9 or later. Mobile wise, you’ll need Android 4.0.4 or later, or iOS 6.1.3 or later.

Will my data be private and secure?

Short answer. Yes. Long answer: Gravity uses no plain text communication whatsoever. Communication between all app components, including connections to the database, messaging and other HTTP connections, are encrypted. User passwords, access rights and any other stored information are also encrypted
