CQMS Razer to Deploy Gravity to Achieve End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility
MELBOURNE – October 24, 2017 – Gravity Supply Chain, the cloud-based supply chain platform, today announced that Australian-headquartered CQMS Razer will deploy the Gravity platform to support demand planning and improve supplier, shipment and inventory visibility.
A global company with operations in 13 countries and 5 continents, CQMS Razer manufactures and provides field-life management of large surface mining equipment, fixed plant product, wear parts and productivity technology. With the Gravity cloud-based platform CQMS Razer will connect all of their trading partners on a single network to accelerate the timely delivery of their products, reduce inventory and improve customer service levels.
Using Gravity CQMS Razer will gain for the first time real time visibility over their procurement to customer fulfilment supply chain with the goal of improving their ability to match demand and supply. The deployment of the Gravity platform will include:
- Automatic data exchange with CQMS Razer’s global logistics partners for key shipment information.
- External data feeds that the platform has with many global ports, customs regimes, shipping lines and hauliers.
