Bill Alrich became engaged by Gravity Supply Chain Solutions’ One Commercial Team, as Senior Sales Manager, Americas, in Q1 2019. His primary role is that of liaising actively with customers, and closing solution sales within the U.S., South America, and Canada.
His relationships between customers, product managers, and customer success managers ensure implementations run smoothly, and that future product updates reflect customer requirements. By connecting the people, partners, processes, and information needed, to help design and deliver unique solutions, he can ensure his customer’s needs get met. Bill has a strong understanding of the benefits provided by a complete solution and the need for companies to digitize and dispense with legacy systems and manual processes.
Bill has significant experience in the supply chain industry. His engagements required him to learn the fine details of enterprise logistics operations, the testing, and evaluation of material and supplier quality, and Freight Rate Management for LSP’s; essential elements to coordinate supply chain success.
